An agreed starter site or simple storefront, Stripe checkout or payment links and invoices, and business email setup. Choose one Google Workspace Business Starter or Microsoft 365 Business Basic seat, paid while your agreement is active. Custom software, extra users, upgrades, and additional support need a separate scope.

A custom Twilio business phone setup with your agreed greeting, menu, call routing, business hours, voicemail, testing, and handoff. You create, own, and manage your Twilio account, and pay number, call, text, and other usage charges directly. Team extensions, calling apps, hardware, integrations, and ongoing support are scoped before launch.

Eligible consumer purchases may offer Stripe pay-over-time options, subject to provider approval. Business purchases and commercial storage rent are outside those consumer options. Eligible merchants may separately receive Stripe Capital offers. Credit-card surcharges require permitted transactions and proper disclosure; debit and prepaid cards are excluded. We confirm the rules and setup before enabling them.

As many available units as your agreement allocates. Rent follows the total area you take. Suitable goods, access, and responsibilities are confirmed first. Storage does not include staffed receiving, packing, shipping, work inside a unit, or guaranteed customer jobs.

Confidential files require a separate review of physical conditions, access, retention, and retrieval. Patient records, devices containing patient data, and patient communications require a separate privacy and service review. Standard storage and a standard Twilio account are not advertised as HIPAA-compliant.
